The role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join our established team. This will require experience in taking the technical lead in complex development projects and problems.
You must have strong technical ability and be able to guide a team of developers working on projects for multiple clients using a broad range of skills.
Working on high value, high usage and high complexity solutions in an agile environment. You will apply an innovative approach to your work designing, developing and maintaining a .Net system.

Main purpose of job
|
- Technical lead for .Net projects: Guide project requirement scoping/definitions activity and provide technical guidance for the team as well as hands on support throughout the project lifecycle. Drive solutions from research & design activities
- Technical Pre-Sales: Support pre-sales activity within the sales and marketing teams

Key skills & Experience
|
In addition to the skills needed to deliver the section above we are looking for.
- Strong up to date knowledge of .Net
- A passion for learning new languages
- Experience of providing technical guidance and support to a team but also a willingness to be hands on
- Experience of working in agile cross-functional teams
- Experience working with AWS Cloud services
- The ability to plan and estimate tasks, working closely with the Product Owner to understand requirements and deliver to specification
- Familiarity with cutting edge technologies and like to keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry
- An awareness of issues around client-server software development, including maintainability, performance and scalability
